Claude brings nearly 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has acquired expertise in business development and strategic planning. From communication, marketing, policy development, law and business management, Claude has touched different industries in his professional career. Claude is also a lawyer by training with Common Law and Civil degrees from McGill University and has 10 years of experience in business law and related fields.
Matt has close to 30 years of business and legal experience in the fields of corporate finance, financial products, insurance, software/tech development, forestry, natural resources and law. Matt, a graduate of Osgoode Hall, has been a founding “name” partner in a boutique corporate law firm, a partner in a major Vancouver law firm, the principal of an MGA and an entrepreneur in the fields of software and tech development programs for national financial institutions. He brings unique talents in respect of the conflation of business strategy, law, financing and corporate governance.
Charles brings a unique perspective on business strategies and entrepreneurship. He has a management degree (Baccalaureate in business administration from HEC Montreal) and a law degree (Baccalaureate from the University of Montreal). Before being a business consultant, Charles was a lawyer, practicing business law for eight years, four of them in a large Montreal firm. Charles has also completed several missions abroad in order to accompany a clientele of business people in the process of investing in Canada.
